Booking Conditions
We require you to pay a deposit of a minimum of $200.00 at the time of booking, with balance payable on arrival.
Once full payment has been made, there will be no refund. All guests must present a credit card for security on arrival.
Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled more than 3 days before arrival date, deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00.
If cancelled within 3 days of arrival, deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations and no shows on day of arrival are subject to 100% accommodation cost.

Refund Policy
No shows, cancellations, and or shorten stays with in 3 days of arrival, day of or after check in - will be subject to a 100% accommodation cost.
No refund applicable with in 3 days of arrival.

Amendments
All amendments made within 3 days prior to arrival, will be treated as a cancellation incurring a 100% accommodation cost.
